If he or she is a reasonable human being, and he or she knows that you are serious, this person should be willing to stop their unlawful actions. If they do not stop their theft, and you have not brought in an attorney yet, you may want to consider taking further legal action. While lawyer fees are not something that anyone wants to incur, they can be a small price for the fortune you save by reclaiming your intellectual property. These thieves are no more sophisticated than those that steal from super markets. They are thinking in the here and now. They are not concerned with what may happen if they are caught. As the owner of the intellectual property, it is your duty to bring them to justice.
