It's in the US Constitution: Patents are there to promote science and the useful arts by rewarding inventors, for a limited time, with the exclusive right to the product that they have invented or discovered. That is a key ingredient to a successful and bounteous free enterprise system
What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others?
Owing to my physics education combined with my Air Force experience, law practice experience, and technical writing skills, our IP clients have been very satisfied with the protection they have received

We are much more flexible in terms of time, payment plans, and other ways needed to satisfy the IP needs of the inventors and entrepreneurs in our community
