David H. Faux is active with a variety of bar associations, having lectured on copyright and trademark at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, edited and co-authored "The American Bar Association's Legal Guide to Fashion Design," served for ten years on the Executive Committee of his state bar's Entertainment, Arts, and Sports Law Section, and assisted his county bar in addressing residents' intellectual property concerns. His leadership in lecturing, writing, and generally making time in service to various bar associations keeps him in front of and informed as to the pulse of trends and developments in his fields of practice.

David H. Faux

Prior to becoming an attorney, David spent several years as a music journalist and, then, a publicist in the Northwest. He holds both a Master of Science and Master of Arts degrees. He also spent a year in South Korea as a Fulbright Fellow. His years in the music and fine arts industries as an entrepreneur, scholar, and international traveler inform his approach to the law, giving him an insight not achieved by most other lawyers.
